Join AARP New Jersey in a free online Tai Chi and Brain Health class on Wednesday, August 17th at 12 p.m. ET.
You’ll have the opportunity to get active in the comfort of your home, while also learning about ways to support brain health.
In this one-hour, virtual class, participants will learn about ways to support brain health. Then, we will have a Tai Chi instructor lead participants through movements that emphasize balance, strength, flexibility, posture, inner peace and aim to reduce stress. Participants will be guided through basic Tai Chi movements that they can practice on their own.
