SAGE’s roots are in home care. As one of the original home care service providers in New Jersey, we have been trusted by families for more than 69 years. We are proud to be accredited with the New Jersey Commission on Accreditation for Home Care (CAHC). Our Registered Nurses are licensed by the NJ Board of Nursing and our home health aides are Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA). Our Field Nurse will provide a professional skilled evaluation of your needs and develop a plan of care in conjunction with you and your caregivers input.

As our clients can attest to, our highly trained home health aides provide a full range of flexible personal care services and unsurpassed quality. We offer hourly, overnight, and live-in aides for both short-term and ongoing needs.

Our home health aides provide:

• Activities of daily living. To include personal care, bathing, shaving and overall grooming.
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Personal laundry
• Exercise
• Provide support, socialization and companionship
• Medication reminders
• Accompany to doctor’s visits
• Assist in the maintenance of a safe home environment

Payment options:

Private pay, VA benefits and Medicaid. Consult your long-term care insurance policy for home care service coverage. For those who qualify, support may be available through the Union County Division on Aging.
