Traditional In-Home Landline Unit – $20.00
- Utilizes and requires standard landline phone service in the home to communicate with the monitoring center; connects to a power outlet and active wall jack to provide service.
- Advanced 2-way speaker for customer to speak into open air to communicate; up to 3500 square feet vocal range.
- Console has a speaker phone option.
- Up to 32 Hour backup battery in console.
- Pendant is waterproof; battery lasts up to 4 years and can be worn as a necklace or wristband; up to 500 square feet pendant range from the base console.
- Multiple buttons can be used with one unit. Example if there is a 2nd user, they would just need an extra button.
Cellular based In-Home Unit – $24.00
- Wireless unit that does not require landline phone service.
- Equipped with a SIM card to utilize AT&T cell tower; (not dependent on the users cell phone or service). VERY simple install, needs to be connected to power outlet and switched “ON”.
- Advance 2-way speaker for customer to speak into open air to communicate; up to 3500 square feet vocal range.
- Up to 36 Hour backup battery in console.
- Pendant is waterproof; battery lasts up to 5 years and can be worn as a necklace or wristband; up to 650 square feet pendant range from the base console.
- Multiple buttons can be used with one unit. Example if there is a 2nd user, they would just need an extra button.
Premium Mobile device – $28.00
- GPS-enabled and is geared toward the more active customer, who doesn’t spend the majority of their time inside of their home.
- “On-the-go” device – two-way voice and is worn as a necklace pendant.
- In the event of an emergency, the customer would press the button on their pendant and communicate with the monitoring center. If they are unable to communicate or are unsure where they are located, we can use the GPS capabilities to tell emergency responders where to go.
- Option to enable fall detection, for customers that have a fear of falling and being unable to press their button; great add-on feature, but if the customer is more active and mobile, they typically do not feel the need for that to be enabled.
- It will include the console/base and necklace pendant. Only one help button available as necklace pendant only.
Fall Detection Pendant – $7.00
- Mechanism inside of the help button uses changes of speed and motion to determine if a fall has occurred.
- If a fall occurs, it should automatically activate the unit without a button press.
- Fall Detection service is available for all units.
Extra Help Button – $3.99
- When there is more than one person living in the home, they do not need a separate unit. They simply need a second help pendant.
Bathroom/Hallway Button- $3.49
- Extra help buttons designed to be placed in bathrooms, bedrooms and hallways.
- Offers an added sense of security; sends a signal to activate the console in the event a user is not wearing their button.
- Self-stick adhesive provides an easy way to place a bathroom/hallway button throughout the home.
Lock Box – $ 2.99
- A lockbox stores keys to the home on its exterior allowing caregivers and emergency responders to access the home quickly without having to force entry. It can hold up to six keys.
- A 4-digit code must be given when ordering.
