Annual Giving
Annual Gifts provide the necessary financial support that SAGE needs today. By making as generous a gift as possible you will make sure that older adults receive the programs and services to remain where they wish to live the most – in their own homes.
Planned Gifts
The most common form of a planned gift is a bequest. In your will, you can make provisions for SAGE to receive a fixed amount, a percentage of your estate, or a remainder amount after specific contributions are made. We recommend consulting with your estate planner.
Life Insurance
Life Insurance Policy’s are another effective means to help secure SAGE’s future. SAGE can be assigned as the beneficiary of a life insurance policy.
Matching Gifts

Appreciated Securities

Car Donations
Support SAGE Eldercare by contributing a car, truck or boat to our vehicle donation program. Your donation helps older adults in the community to receive SAGE’s comprehensive array of services. Memorial Gifts
Memorial gifts are made in memory of a deceased family member, friend, colleague etc. on the occasion of their passing or other significant time of remembrance. It is a way to honor your loved one while helping to make sure that older adults receive the programs and services to remain where they wish to live the most – in their own homes.
Honor Gifts
Honor gifts are another type of tribute gift that is for special occasions or milestones and are often made in lieu of an actual gift. These gifts can be made in honor of special occasions such an anniversary, birthday or graduation.
