The free “Put Your Brain to Work” presentation will be led by Jill Smith, PhD, Master Trainer at Total Brain Health on Thursday, October 20, 7-8 pm, at 290 Broad Street, Summit.
“There are plenty of things we can do to prime our minds while sitting right at our desks,” Smith said. “Brain fitness doesn’t have to be complex, expensive, or even time consuming.”
