The proclamation in part states, “…since 1954, SAGE Eldercare has been helping make this community an amazing place to age. Professional and highly trained staff provides a wide array of information, support, and services designed to help older adults lead the most independent and active lives possible. SAGE Eldercare continues to make a positive impact on the lives of the older adults in our community.”

Mayor Nora Radest thanked SAGE for its services offered to the community and presented the proclamation to SAGE Executive Director Angela Sullivan. “We are proud to offer the Meals on Wheels program at SAGE and feel privileged to be able to provide this and many of our other services to the older adults in Summit,” Sullivan said.
