SAGE will host free trial classes of Ageless Grace ® on Thursday, October 19, and Thursday, October 26, 11 – 11:45 am.
Led by Kara Hodes-Wechsler, Certified Integrative Health Coach and Ageless Grace educator, Ageless Grace is a cutting-edge brain fitness program based on neuroplasticity that activates all five functions of the brain – analytical, strategic, kinesthetic learning, memory/recall, creativity and imagination – and simultaneously addresses all 21 physical skills needed for lifelong optimal function. Simple, natural movements are used in a playful environment.
“Ageless Grace is for anyone who wants to stay cognitively fit and vibrant through stimulation of neuroplasticity,” said Hodes-Wechsler.
