Jill Smith at SAGE

SAGE Eldercare is bringing a free Total Brain Health seminar to Mountainside on October 12, 2:30-3:30 pm. The seminar will teach key ways to improve attention, gain focus, and take control of one’s brain health, and will be held at the Mountainside Community Presbyterian Church, 1459 Deer Path, Mountainside.

Led by Total Brain Health (TBH) Master Trainer Jill Smith, Ph.D., the seminar will teach participants valuable lifestyle strategies for promoting cognitive vitality.  The program is supported by the Blanche M. & George L. Watts Mountainside Community Foundation.

“The seminar incorporates ‘hands on’ learning and the power of groups to advance healthy memory and brain function. We believe in the power of brain training together as one of the best methods for teaching the science of brain wellness,” Smith said.
