SAGE will offer a series of training classes beginning September 13 led by Total Brain Health, a leading provider of memory and brain fitness training programs.

 

The classes are designed to teach how memory works and why we forget, plus simple and effective strategies for improving retention. The course leader is licensed clinical psychologist Jill Smith, PhD.

 

“Total Brain Health memory classes provide fun steps to stay sharp and reduce the risk of dementia. We look forward to partnering with SAGE by offering our scientifically based brain fitness programs that help adults age successfully,” Smith said.

 

The classes will take place 1-2 pm at SAGE, 290 Broad Street, Summit. Cost is $50 for the series.

            -September 27: The A.M. Principle

            -October 4: Get Organized! Know What You Need to Do

            -October 11: Train Your Brain! Go Verbal

            -October 25: Train Your Brain! Go Visual

            -November 1: Get the List

            -November 8: Get the Story

            -November 15: Remember People You Meet! Verbal Strategies

            -November 22: Remember People You Meet! Visual Strategies
