SAGE Eldercare will hold its third annual Casino Night benefit on Thursday, April 20, at The Berkeley Plaza, 735 Springfield Ave., Berkeley Heights.
The public is invited to attend the event, which will include casino games, live music by world-renowned jazz vocalist Jackie Jones, a Texas Hold’em tournament, dinner, an open bar, and prizes. The evening benefits SAGE Eldercare, a unique community resource that offers a comprehensive array of programs and services for older adults and caregivers, promoting independence and quality of life. Individual general admission tickets are $120, and include $50 in chips, dinner, and the open bar. Texas Hold’em tournament seats require an extra $50.
“Our Casino Night is a fun evening and a chance to help the older adults in our community who require SAGE’s services. We are grateful for our attendees’ support, which raises funds for SAGE programs including Meals on Wheels, our Spend-A-Day adult day health care center, HomeCare, and more,” said Angela Sullivan, SAGE Executive Director.
There will be more than 35 prize baskets given at the end of the night. Prizes include gift certificates to area restaurants, a home poker party with catering, Disney World passes, Tory Burch clutch, Caesar’s Atlantic City stay and dinner, fitness packages such as three-month membership at Equinox, Costco gift certificates, LIVE with Kelly! tickets, Six Flags and Sahara Sam’s passes, Kramer portrait packages, jewelry, sports items, and more.
A limited number of sponsorship opportunities are available with a deadline of March 31. Sponsorships range from $250 to $2,500. “We are very grateful to our sponsors who have already signed up, including Dun & Bradstreet, Athene Telehealth, Brightview Senior Living, Lois Schneider Realtor, Overlook Medical Center, Chatham Hill Subacute Care Center, Right at Home, Village Supermarket, Dental Home Services, and J.R.
