The committee’s mission is to coordinate, communicate, and deploy volunteers and organizations in an efficient and collaborative way to help direct Summit’s senior residents to available resources provided by non-profits and the city, county, state, and federal governments. Katie will be representing SAGE Eldercare and serving a one-year term.

“I am very pleased that Sage Eldercare will be participating as part of the Silver Summit Senior Citizen Committee and social worker Katie Kovar will serve as the committee chair.” said Mayor Radest. “This is an important step in connecting seniors with the services they need and to making their twilight years in Summit the best possible.”
