NEW! Ballroom Line Dance Class  This beginner-friendly dance class which will include easy cardio and weight bearing exercise, mental stimulation, and social networking is aimed at older adults.   Overlook Medical Center’s New Vitality Department is hosting this program series in conjunction with SAGE.  The cost for a 6-week session is $55 per person.  The current session will run from Tuesday, May 12, 2015 to Tuesday, June 16, 2015.
