SAGE Eldercare welcomes the addition of Dr. Allen Khademi and Patricia Daquila to its Board of Trustees. SAGE also recognizes Trustees Claire Toth and Sue Luehs for their contributions during their now completed terms.

Dr. Allen M. Khademi of Summit is currently Vice President of Medical Affairs at Christian Health Care Center in Wyckoff, where he specializes in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitative Services. He was previously the Medical Director of Rehabilitative Services, Post-Acute Care Services and Care Transitions at the Summit Medical Group (aka Summit Health). He earned his MD from Georgetown University, and his BA in Biology at Rutgers University.
Patricia Daquila of New Providence is a Managing Director and Senior Wealth Planner with Peapack Private Wealth Management. Pat is a CPA and has extensive accounting experience at Levinson, Schwartz & Co, and KPMG. She serves on the board of the Community Organization in New Providence. Pat earned an MBA is in finance at Rutgers University, and a BS in Business Administration from Montclair University.
